making scars in the chest

i wanted to make this a long time ago. well, you see myself using a drill pistol tool to pierce scars holes in my chest to make the big dipper shape before the time runs out and jigsaw kills me with the torture traps.

by the way, this is a reference of fist of the north star and saw the horror-splatter movie.
